1.Patient undergoing elective abdominal surgery.
2.Patient within the first 24 hours post open abdominal surgery.
3.No prior history of abdominal surgery.
4.No history of substance abuse.
5.Fluent in Thai language with good reading and comprehension skills.
6.Willing to participate in research activities.
1.Patients experiencing postoperative complications resulting in altered levels of sensory perception.
2.Patients who have not undergone open abdominal surgery related to gastrointestinal diseases.
3.Patients with chronic conditions contraindicating the use of cold therapy, including uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and coronary artery disease.
4.Patients with open abdominal incisions that have not yet been closed.
