1. Aged > 40 years old;
2. first-line BPH treatments >=3 months;
3. Moderate to severe BPH (IPSS >=8);
4. Stable life signs;
5. Volunteer to join this research.
1. Gonorrhea or urinary tract infection;
2. Urinary calculi, prostate cancer, bladder tumor and acute/chronic renal failure;
3. Bladder neck fibrosis, interstitial cystitis or urethral stricture;
4. Injured local organs, muscle and nerve caused by pelvic operation or trauma;
5. Upper urinary obstruction and hydrocele combined with damaged renal function;
6. Unable to commit to treatment because of commuting problems to the hospital.
