Inclusion Criteria
1.Age: 20-60 years
2.Body Mass Index (BMI): 18.5-29.9
3.American society of Anaesthesiologists physical status (ASA) I and II patients
4.Adequately Nil by Mouth.
5.Patients undergoing elective and emergency surgeries of duration 2hrs and above.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with
1.Liver disorders
2.Neuromuscular Disorders
3.Renal disorders
4.Acid base or electrolyte imbalances
5.Anticipated difficult airway.
