入选标准
- •Patients presenting with the classical signs and symptoms of Sandhigata Vata (OA) according to Ayurveda as well as Modern science.
- •Patients of age more than or equal to 40 years to less than or equal to 70 years of age.
- •Patient is indicated for Snehana and Swedana.
- •Patients indicated for Basti Karma.
排除标准
- •Patients less than or equal to 40 years and more than or equal to 70 years of age.
- •Known cases of Gout, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematous (SLE), Bone TB, Traumatic injuries, Infective arthritis and other serious systemic disorder.
- •Patient is not indicated for Snehana and Swedana.
- •Patient is unfit for Matra Basti (eg. Raktarsha , Bhagandar etc.)
- •Patient having history of knee joint replacement.
