Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) patients (age \>18 years old) 2\) radiological evidence of pneumonia, 2\) at least two of the following criteria; fever \>38C or hypothermia \< 35C, dyspnea, cough and purulent sputum, pleuritic chest pain, or signs of consolidation on respiratory auscultation 3\) patients admitted to an acute care hospital for at least 2 days, or underwent surgery, in the 180 days before pneumonia 4\) patients who received intravenous chemotherapy in the 30 days before pneumonia; 5\) patients who attended a hospital or hemodialysis clinic 6\) resided in a nursing home or a long\-term care facility
