入选标准
- •1)Diagnosis of Major depressive disorder according to DSM-5
- •2)Hamilton depression Rating Scale score more than 7
- •3)Treatment naive patients or Recurrent depressive disorder patients who are off medications for at least last two weeks and current HAM-D score is more than 7
排除标准
- •1)Patient having acute infections and chronic diseases(e.g. cancer, HIV, diabetes, cardiovascular disease or stroke,etc.),which has any association or impact on telomerase activity.
- •2)Substance Dependence(excluding nicotine and caffeine) in past six months.
- •3)Pregnant or breast feeding females
- •4)Actively suicidal patients
- •5)Major depressive disorder with psychotic features according to DSM-5
- •6)Patients having hypersensitivity to Escitalopram in the past or any history of adverse reaction with drug in the past
