BMI- 18.5 to 39.9
Undergoing gynaecological surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients refusal for the block
2.uncontrolled hypertension
3. Using alpha-2 antagonist
4. With arrhythmias on ECG
5. Allergic to study drug
6.absolute contraindications for SAB
7.BMI >40

Name Time Method onset of sensory & motor block, time for the sensory block to reach the T10 level, total duration of sensory and motor block, the hemodynamic stability of the block,Timepoint: March, 2013
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Compare the sedation and post operative analgesia requirement.Timepoint: every 1 minute for first 10 minute, then every 5 min for half an hour and then every 15 minute till the end of surgery in operating room and also in recovery room
