- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare post-operative recovery profile using Fast Track Criteria(FTC)Timepoint: FTC monitored at the time of extubation & for every 10 mins until one hour of post extubation followed by 4 hours of extubation
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.To monitor & maintain BIS between the values 40-60 by titrating concentration of Desflurane and Sevoflurane

2.To monitor and maintain EtCO2 in the range of (25-35mmHg)

3.To Monitor intraoperative hemodynamic stability by monitoring systolic blood pressure (SBP), Diastolic blood pressure (DBP), Mean arterial pressure (MAP), Pulse rate (PR), Peripheral oxygen saturation (SpO2) and maintain them within 20% of baseline value

4.To calculate the requirement of incremental dose of fentanyl

5.To observe side effects and complications following General anaesthesia and treat it accordingly

Timepoint: intra operative hemodynamics,ETCO2 monitored every 15 mins .BIS value monitored through out the procedure & inhalational want to titrate according to BIS value and also want to monitor at the time of extubation.
