Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Elective Surgeries
- •Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy(LAVH) and Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy(TLH) surgeries
- •Surgical duration more than 1 hours
Exclusion Criteria
- •Emergency surgeries
- •Patients converted to open hysterectomy surgeries.
- •severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •severe pulmonary hypertension
- •Renal Insufficiency (Creatinine \> 1\.8\)
- •Hepatic Insufficiency ( Direct Bilirubin \> 2\.0\)
- •Patients with Cardiac complication
- •Patients with Neurological complication
