Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Elective Surgeries
  • •Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy(LAVH) and Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy(TLH) surgeries
  • •Surgical duration more than 1 hours

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Emergency surgeries
  • •Patients converted to open hysterectomy surgeries.
  • •severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
  • •severe pulmonary hypertension
  • •Renal Insufficiency (Creatinine \> 1\.8\)
  • •Hepatic Insufficiency ( Direct Bilirubin \> 2\.0\)
  • •Patients with Cardiac complication
  • •Patients with Neurological complication
