Inclusion Criteria
age: 18 - 80 years
Exclusion Criteria
•operation on the lower extremity in the past
•Achilles tendon rupture or foot fracture in the past
•Doctor visit caused by lower extremity injury during the last six months
•persistent ankle instability (Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool: < 26 points on one or both sides)
•body mass index: 30 or more
•intolerance: medical tape
•dermatological disease on lower extremity
