Brief Summary

Several etiologic factors are attributed to this postoperative painsuch as history of preoperative pain, insufficient root canal debridement, hyper occlusion, periapical disease, and extrusion of infected debris into theperiapical tissue. It has been found that out of all the factors, debrisextrusion is found to be highly associated with pain. Keeping the above in mindnewer thermomechanically treated NiTi instruments are being developed and putto use. This study aims to study the difference in post-operative pain using twonew file systems with different motion kinematics.
