Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who are willing to participate in the study
  • •Patients aged 20\-65 years
  • •No hearing problems
  • •No diseases such as heart problems, other advance systemic diseases and immune suppressive diseases
  • •Non\-pregnant patients
  • •Patients who can undergo local anesthesia
  • •No history of mental illness
  • •No use of psychiatric drugs
  • •Patients with history of root canal therapy in one of the teeth

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who need root canal therapy except maxillary premolars
  • •Patients who need maxillary premolars root canal therapy but without irreversible pulpitis
  • •Patients who getting into unpredictable incident during the study
