asa 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with history of significant neurological, psychiatric, neuromuscular, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, hepatic disease; alcoholism or drug abuse; pregnancy
Patients receiving adrenoceptor agonist or antagonist therapy or chronic analgesic therapy.
Peripheral vascular disease
Suspected coagulopathy, or known allergies
