- •? spasticity occurring within 6 months from the onset of stroke
- •? spasticity of the elbow, wrist, and finger flexor by a score of 2 or more on the Modified Tardieu Scale (MTS)
- •? stroke onset for the first time
排除标准
- •? medically unstable
- •? known hypersensitivity to BoNT-A
- •? a history of BoNT-A injections within 6 months
- •? a history of surgery for spasticity
- •? pregnant or breastfeeding
