Inclusion Criteria
? spasticity occurring within 6 months from the onset of stroke
? spasticity of the elbow, wrist, and finger flexor by a score of 2 or more on the Modified Tardieu Scale (MTS)
? stroke onset for the first time
Exclusion Criteria
? medically unstable
? known hypersensitivity to BoNT-A
? a history of BoNT-A injections within 6 months
? a history of surgery for spasticity
? pregnant or breastfeeding
