1)Patients presenting with minimum 3-4 sign and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa i.e.Ten ruddho ghurghurukak(wheezing sound), Ateev vegam ch shwasa pranpeedakam(breathlessness or paroxysm of breathlessness), Na cha api nidra labhte shayanah(awakening at night) Ati vegvata cha kaaste( cough) as per classical text
2)Mild persistent cases of Asthma as per GINA guidelines 2022
1) Moderate persistent, severe persistent to severe asthma
2) Dyspnoea resulting from other disease like left ventricular failure, COPD, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, upper respiratory tract obstruction, bronchiectasis, ILD etc
3) Patients on regular steroidal therapy, inhalers or bronchodilators
4) Patients having pneumonia, tuberculosis, lung cancer, lung abscess and other such complicated condition
5)Patient having diabetes, hypertension, acute and chronic renal failure etc conditions in which urination is markedly diminished or excessive will be excluded
6) HIV positive patients
7) Pregnant or lactating women
