入选标准
- •Patients with a clinical diagnosis of chronic paronychia defined as : absence of cuticle with swelling and erythema of proximal nail fold lasting >6 weeks.
排除标准
- •1.Acute paronychia.
- •2.Chronic paronychia as a part of other dermatological disorders.
- •3.Patients who are already on topical steroids or oral antifungals in prior 2 weeks.
- •4.Pregnancy and lactation.
