Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with a clinical diagnosis of chronic paronychia defined as : absence of cuticle with swelling and erythema of proximal nail fold lasting \>6 weeks.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Acute paronychia.
- •2\.Chronic paronychia as a part of other dermatological disorders.
- •3\.Patients who are already on topical steroids or oral antifungals in prior 2 weeks.
- •4\.Pregnancy and lactation.
