Inclusion Criteria

  • Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • Inability to obtain informed consent from patient
  • Cognitively impaired patients
  • Emergency cholecystectomy
  • Non\-sinus rhythmn cardiac status
  • Known impairment of the autonomic nervous system
