入选标准
- •1. ASA physical status I or II
- •2. Patients undergoing midline laparotomy under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1.Known allergy to local anaesthetic and/or opioid drugs
- •2.History of opioid drug , substance/alcohol abuse
- •3.Any decompensated illness (renal, hepatic , respiratory or cardiac)
- •4.Any underlying coagulation disorder
- •5.Any neurological or psychiatric illness.
- •6.Unanticipated prolonged postoperative mechanical ventilation
- •7.Incision length greater than 20-cm
- •8.Presence of midline incision due to previous surgery
