For BIID patients and control participants:
- Participants have signed informed consent in accordance with the provisions of the pertinent excerpt from the Declaration of Helsinki (October, 2000) and Dutch legal regulation (Wet Medisch Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek met Mensen).
- 18 years or older;For BIID patients:
- Diagnosis of BIID
- no comorbid psychiatric disorder;For healthy controls:
- No current or past psychiatric disorders
- Match to one of the BIID patients on age, sex and lifestyle
For BIID patients and healthy controls:
- Use of tobacco, alcohol, coffee, tea and chocolate 24 hours before the scanning procedure, since these products may influence brain metabolism.
- History of neurological disease that affects the CNS
- Standard MRI scan exclusion criteria (pregnancy, pacemaker and metals in the body contraindicated for MRI, etc.)

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method <p>Differences in brain activity during sensory stimulation and the performance of<br /><br>a motor task of the unwanted compared to the wanted (control) body parts. These<br /><br>differences in activity will be compared to activity in control participants<br /><br>for whom no differences between body parts are expected.<br /><br><br /><br>Structural differences between the brains of BIID patients and healthy contols<br /><br>using fibertracking and voxel based morphometry analysis. </p><br>
