Inclusion Criteria

1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for psoriasis vulgaris, and those who meet the various types of TCM syndrome differentiation; ?
2. Age between 18 and 60 years old; ?
3. The severity of the disease is moderate to severe, and the area of skin lesions is >= 10% of the body surface area;
4. SIS scale >= 48 points;
5. Those who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Joint, pustular, and erythrodermic psoriasis; ?
2. Pregnancy and lactation patients;
3. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other internal diseases and mental patients;
4. Those who are participating in other clinical trials.
