Inclusion Criteria
Snakebite victims admitted to the Polonnaruwa General Hospital with evidence of envenoming.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Preexisting psychiatric disorders.
2. Age <18 years
3. Those without basic fluency in Sinhala language
