Hemiplegic dysphagic stroke patients
- Patients admitted
- Patients whose clinically suspected dysphagia was confirmed by video fluoroscopic swallowing study
- Bilateral stroke patients
- Poor cooperation to video fluoroscopic swallowing study because of language or cognitive decline
- Patients with headache or increased intracranial pressure
- Patients with history or risk factors of epileptic seizures
- Contraindication to transcranial magnetic stimulation: cardiac pacemaker, insulin pump, cochlear implant
- Pregnancy or expecting pregnancy, breast-feeding
