Inclusion Criteria
more than 24 weeks of gestation, diagnosed having placenta accreta spectrum undergoing emergency or elective operative delivery
Exclusion Criteria
1.Women who decline blood transfusions in advance,
2.Inherited Factor XIII or fibrinogen deficiency, severe coagulation disorder, severe thrombocytopenia,
3.Parturientâ??s refusal to consent
