Inclusion Criteria
- •more than 24 weeks of gestation, diagnosed having placenta accreta spectrum undergoing emergency or elective operative delivery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Women who decline blood transfusions in advance,
- •2.Inherited Factor XIII or fibrinogen deficiency, severe coagulation disorder, severe thrombocytopenia,
- •3.Parturientâ??s refusal to consent
