Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients aged 19 – 75 years undergoing elective VATS thoracic surgery for 1 hour or longer under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
BMI > 30 kg/m2,
airway deformity,
Those who cannot unilateral lung ventilation,
heart failure ,
Those with large bullae or pneumothorax,
circulatory disorders or peripheral neuropathy of the upper extremities,
hemoglobinopathy,
pregnant or lactating state

Name Time Method Compare the correlation between ORI and PaO2 (PaO2 100-200 mmHg interval).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Compare the correlation with ORI for each PaO2 section. (Category: PaO2 < 100 mmHg, PaO2 >200 mmHg);-Check the cut-off value of ORI that can predict PaO2 > 150 mmHg.;-Identify the category of ORI that can predict 100-200 mmHg of PaO2.
