1. Healthy children
2. They have active cavitated dentin caries (Nyvad score 3) at least one pair. The pair of dental caries were the same type, same position (anterior/posterior) and same caries surface (buccal/palatal/occlusal/mesial/distal) at contralateral side. If the adjacent anterior teeth were treated with either treatment, the caries surfaces would not be adjacent.
3. No history of allergies to silver, ammonia, or fluoride.
4. Caregiver and children accept to take part in the study consent.
5. Children can come to follow up after 3 weeks and 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of treatment.
1. Children are uncooperative in treatment.
2. Teeth have symptoms of pulpitis or infection such as pain or gingival abscess.
3. Children cannot come for follow-up or their caregivers did not want to continue in the study.
