The employee does not su?er from previously known mental and physical disorders.
Work experience for at least one recent year
Exclusion Criteria
Suffering from physical injuries or mental disorders
Having an unfortunate accident in the last quarter

Name Time Method Perceived stress in the Cohen questionnaire. Timepoint: Measurement of perceived stress at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention), immediately after the intervention and one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Cohen Perceived Stress Questionnaire.;Anxiety in the Spielberger questionnaire. Timepoint: Measurement of anxiety at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention), immediately after the intervention and one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Spielberger Anxiety Questionnaire.;Self-efficacy in the Riggs and Knight questionnaire. Timepoint: Measurement of self-efficacy at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention), immediately after the intervention and one month after the end of the intervention.
