Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient Posted for elective surgery under General
- •endotracheal anaesthesia.
- •\-Adult (Age 18\-60years)
- •\-Body mass index(30\-35kg/m2\)
- •\-Americal society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) grade I,II
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Emergency Cases
- •\-Pregnancy
- •\-Renal Failure
- •\-Poor Cardio Pulmonary Reserve
- •\-Patient with Fracture Nasal bone, Fracture base of skull
- •\-Preexisting airway malformation like cervical tumors or goiter
- •\-American society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) grade \- III, IV, V
