(1) Patients with AECOPD with grade I or II disease.
(2) Patients with TCM evidence of stasis and toxin blockage.
(3) The number of acute exacerbations of COPD in the past two years > 1 time/year.
(4) 20 years old = age = 80 years old.
(5) Voluntarily accept the treatment and sign the informed consent form.
(1) Patients with combined asthma, impaired consciousness, pneumonia, tuberculosis, pleural effusion, malignancy and hematological disorders.
(2) Patients with severe impairment of cardiac, hepatic and renal functions (cardiac function grade 3-4, ALT and/or AST more than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal, Cr more than the upper limit of normal).
(3) Suffering from mental illness, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular thrombotic diseases.
(4) Persons with congenital or acquired immunodeficiency.
(5) Those with known allergy to therapeutic drugs.
