Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Systemically healthy patient
  • •2\.Pocket depth \=5 mm
  • •3\.Clinical attachment level \= 3mm
  • •4\.Confirmation of at least one favorable intrabony defect of \=3 mm radiographically
  • •5\.With plaque and gingival indices (GI and PI) of \=1
  • •6\.Patients with at least 20 remaining teeth
  • •7\.Willing to comply with the study related procedures

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Chronic Smokers
  • •2\.Pregnant and Lactating women
  • •3\.Patients with any history of systemic diseases/conditions e.g. uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, chronic Rheumatoid arthritis, steroid therapy, autoimmune diseases etc.
  • •4\.Patient who have received a history of periodontal surgery within one year
  • •5\.Patients on antibiotic therapy from past 1 month
