Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1.Systemically healthy patient
  • •2.Pocket depth =5 mm
  • •3.Clinical attachment level = 3mm
  • •4.Confirmation of at least one favorable intrabony defect of =3 mm radiographically
  • •5.With plaque and gingival indices (GI and PI) of =1
  • •6.Patients with at least 20 remaining teeth
  • •7.Willing to comply with the study related procedures

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1.Chronic Smokers
  • •2.Pregnant and Lactating women
  • •3.Patients with any history of systemic diseases/conditions e.g. uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, chronic Rheumatoid arthritis, steroid therapy, autoimmune diseases etc.
  • •4.Patient who have received a history of periodontal surgery within one year
  • •5.Patients on antibiotic therapy from past 1 month
