Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •The need for an implant in the maxillary premolar site
  • •Presence of adjacent natural teeth
  • •Thin mucous tissue (less than or equal to 2 mm)
  • •At least 6 mm wide and 8 mm high bone
  • •Proper oral hygiene (full mouth probing index less than 25%)
  • •Absence of systemic disease or local inflammation
  • •Soft tissue health (Bleeding on probing index less than 20% and probing index less than 25%)
  • •No need for bone augmentation before and during implant surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients under 18 years old
  • •Has medical contraindications for implants
  • •Has a history of periodontitis, has a history of uncontrolled diabetes
  • •Consumption of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes more than 10 threads per day and drugs that affect soft tissue healing
