The need for an implant in the maxillary premolar site
Presence of adjacent natural teeth
Thin mucous tissue (less than or equal to 2 mm)
At least 6 mm wide and 8 mm high bone
Proper oral hygiene (full mouth probing index less than 25%)
Absence of systemic disease or local inflammation
Soft tissue health (Bleeding on probing index less than 20% and probing index less than 25%)
No need for bone augmentation before and during implant surgery
Patients under 18 years old
Has medical contraindications for implants
Has a history of periodontitis, has a history of uncontrolled diabetes
Consumption of alcoholic beverages and cigarettes more than 10 threads per day and drugs that affect soft tissue healing
