current inpatient care;
suicidality;
schizophrenia;
mental disability;
alcohol or drug abuse during the past six month;

Name Time Method Measurement of data concerning movement and communication behavior by using smart phone sensors over a period of 12 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Measurement of patient-reported outcomes:<br>- weekly measurement of quality of life (SF-12), sleep quality/quantity (three items from the 12-item MOS-Sleep-Module) and substance use (own development) via smart phone<br>- every 8 to 12 weeks: self-assessment (ADMS) and external medical assessment of depressive and manic symptoms (YMRS-D, HRSD)
