入选标准
- •1.Age 18 or above years old
- •2.Interstitial lung disease diagnosed by pulmonologist
- •3.no exacerbation in the past 3 months
- •4.Modified Medical Research Council dyspnea scale 2 or more
- •5.No supplemental oxygen therapy needed
排除标准
- •1.Unstable cardiac condition in the past month (unstable angina, myocardial infarction, symptomatic severe aortic stenosis, unstable cardiac arrhythmias, decompensated heart failure)
- •2. Other pulmonary disease that might affect outcome (recent pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis, , chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, bronchiectasis, lung cancer, pleural effusion, pneumothorax)
- •3.Need supplemental oxygen therapy during rest or exercise
- •4. Disability in musculoskeletal or neurological system causing unable to walk
- •5. Undergone structured exercise program during past 12 months
