入选标准
- •1.ASA I to II Patients of female sex.
- •2.Aged between 18 to 60 years.
- •3 Undergoing Elective laparoscopic gynaecology
- •surgery- LAVH/TLH
排除标准
- •a)Patients with history of allergy to local anesthetics
- •b)Patients with history of mental disorders.
- •c)Patient Refusal.
- •d)Morbid obesity, Coagulopathy and significant cardiovascular respiratory, renal, hepatic or metabolic diseases or CNS disorders.
- •e)Infection at site of procedure
- •f)Surgery more than 3 hours duration
- •g)ASA III and IV.
