入选标准
- •All adult patients (aged \=18 years)had blood culture result during the study period at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital (a 900\-bed tertiary hospital in Seongnam) and Seoul National University Hospital (a 1,300\-bed tertiary hospital in Seoul).
排除标准
- •Patients who had the following criteria are excluded: (1\) polymicrobial bacteremia; (2\) immediately transferred to other hospital; (3\) no data on treatment outcome; (4\) died within 72 hours after index culture; (5\) received renal replacement therapy; (6\) received vancomycin for less than 72 hours; (7\) not receiving vancomycin within 5 days after index culture; (8\) vancomycin serum concentration was not checked within the first 5 days of therapy; (9\) unavailable index MRSA isolate.
