Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients of kidney stones desirous of percutaneous renal stone removal.
  • •2\. Kidney stones 1\-4 cm in size.
  • •3\. Age 18\-70 years.
  • •4\. ASA score I\-II.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction. (ASA 3\)
  • •2\. Uncorrected coagulopathy.
  • •3\. Pyonephrosis or severe acute infection.
  • •4\. Transplanted kidney, ectopic pelvic kidney, urinary diversion
  • •5\. Another procedure was required in the same session of operation.
