- •I.Patients planning for CABG
- •II.Age in between 30 to 70 years.
- •III.New York Heart association (NYHA) functional class II-IV symptoms for heart failure.
- •IV.Ejection fraction of 40% or less.
排除标准
- •I.Symptomatic hypotension (Systolic blood pressure < 100 mm hg).
- •II.Estimated glomerular filtration rate <30 ml/min/1.73 m2 [Gfr estimated by MDRD study equation]
- •III.Hypersensitivity to study medication.
- •IV.Any history of angioedema.
- •V.Concomitant use with any drug formulation containing an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor.
