(1) Aged 5–14 years (either sex);
(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for Tourette's syndrome or persistent (chronic) motor or phonatory tic disorder in tic disorder;
(3) Volunteer to participate in the study, and the legal agent and the child willing to sign the informed consent;
(4) YGTSS score is mild to moderate: mild: < 25 points; moderate: 25-50 points.
(1) Patients with serious systemic diseases, such as primary diseases of the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal and hematopoietic systems;
(2) Patients with severe mental disorders;
(3) Known allergy to the test drug or its components.
