Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•All the eligible elderly population, aged 60 years and above, from urban field practice area of JIPMER, Pondicherry will be included in the study

Exclusion Criteria

•Baseline Assessment: For the intervention component we will exclude elderly individuals with cognitive status impairment, severe depression (GDS values 6 and above), severely compromised activities of daily living (Barthel index score below 15\) and who have severe incapacitating, life\-threatening or terminal illness.
