Inclusion Criteria
- •Cancer patients in ICU
- •Patients who are on Nothing By Mouth (NBM)
- •Patients who stays \=24hrs in ICU
- •Patients whose TI or TD score of \= 3
- •Patients who provide consent form
- •Patients whose attenders provide assent form
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having any oral cancers
- •Patients who are in critical condition
- •Patients who are not willing to participate
