- •Normal coagulation profile
- •Free of cardio-respiratory and autonomic dysfunction

- •Patients refusal
- •Not fulfilling inclusion criteria
- •Asa grade 3 and 4
- •Contraindication to regional anaesthesia
- •Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs and drug under study
- •Emergency cases.
