简要总结
The results of the study showed that using the Aumio app as recommended (24 app uses during the 12-week study period) in combination with the email parenting course significantly improved children's sleep quality. The improved sleep quality in the complier group was evident after 6 weeks of use and was maintained after 12 weeks (SI-KJ: F(2,94)=14.75, p < .001, partial ?2 = .24, d = .55; CSHQ: F(1.71, 80.27) = 16.16, p < .001, partial ?2 = .26, d = .58).
