- •pregnancy who admitted to delivery room of Thammasat university hospital and had normal delivery
排除标准
- •medical problems include renal and liver disease
- •immunocompromised host
- •overt diabetes mellitus
- •intrapartum fever or infection
- •allergy to steroid drug
- •allergy to local anesthesia drug
- •1st or 4th degree tear episiotomy or median episiotomy
- •no episiotomy
- •not willing to attend
