- •1\. 12\-18years Male
- •2\. Karate Practitioners
- •3\. Yoga Practitioners
- •4\. Active Control
- •5\. Sedentary Control
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Female population has been excluded
- •2\. Children below 12 years and adults above 18 years excluded.
- •3\. Karate and Yoga Practitioners with less than four years of training age have been excluded
