Inclusion Criteria
Patient receiving anticonvulsant therapy for more than one year.
Patient undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia .
Mallampatti I and II
Exclusion Criteria
Allergy to propofol.
Emergency procedures .
Pregnancy.
Patient on rate control medications.
