Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Clinical Frailty Scale categories 4, 5 and 6 (vulnerable; mildly frail; moderately frail)
- •\- Age 70 years and older; living at home or in assisted living
- •\- Walking distance (with aids) at least 10 m
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Walking distance (without aids and without a break) of 800 m and more;
- •\- Does not understand German language;
- •\- Visual acuity insufficient to recognize study material;
- •\- Neurological diseases (stroke \<6 months ago, multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease H\&Y stage \=3\);
- •\- Tumor diseases, if currently under treatment (e.g. chemotherapy, radiation) or in an advanced stage;
- •\- Severe lung or heart disease that requires an (intermittent) supply of oxygen;
- •\- limited cognition: Suspicion of dementia
