入选标准
- •Clinical Frailty Scale categories 4, 5 and 6 (vulnerable; mildly frail; moderately frail)
- •- Age 70 years and older; living at home or in assisted living
- •- Walking distance (with aids) at least 10 m
排除标准
- •- Walking distance (without aids and without a break) of 800 m and more;
- •- Does not understand German language;
- •- Visual acuity insufficient to recognize study material;
- •- Neurological diseases (stroke <6 months ago, multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease H&Y stage =3);
- •- Tumor diseases, if currently under treatment (e.g. chemotherapy, radiation) or in an advanced stage;
- •- Severe lung or heart disease that requires an (intermittent) supply of oxygen;
- •- limited cognition: Suspicion of dementia
