Inclusion Criteria

Patients with confirmed acute thrombosis; vitamin D deficiency; patients with 18 years old and over; consented patients.
Exclusion criteria: Hypercalcemia; nephrolithiasis; Sarcoidosis; vitamin D supplementation; malabsorbtion syndrome; Severe infection; uncontrolled autoimmune and inflammatory diseases; pregnancy; drugs and conditions that affect the P-selectin and high sensitivity C-reactive protein levels.
