- 18 Years 至 99 Years（—）
- 性别
- All
入选标准
- •Adults (>18 years old) with idiopathic Parkinson's disease
- •Levodopa therapy required; any formulation is acceptable.
- •Hoehn & Yahr stage 2-4 in the off state
- •Motor complications; wearing off
- •Normal cognition (TMSE >24)
- •On stable doses of anti-parkinsonian medications or stable DBS adjustment.
排除标准
- •Atypical parkinsonism or secondary parkinsonism
- •Severe dysphagia
- •History of gastric cancer, peptic ulcer, duodenal ulcer, or gastric surgery
- •History of previous brain surgery for PD
- •Prior treatment for H.pylori
- •Recent use of proton-pump inhibitor, antibiotics
- •Allergy to penicillin, amoxicillin, clarithromycin, rabeprazole, metronidazole
- •Inability to tolerate or participate in testing in the morning in an off state
