Inclusion Criteria

Participating in this stage will be the Community Health Agents linked to the service of the municipality of Vitória / ES with at least 18 years of age that has agreed to participate in the study by signing the Term of Free and Informed Consent (TCLE).

Exclusion Criteria

Cognitive problems that compromise data collection and participation in educational activities.

Expected outcome 1: Improvement of diet quality evaluated through the sodium and potassium ratio measured by 12-hour urinary excretion. <br>;Expected outcome 2: Improvement of behavior and habits related to the consumption of salt, sugar, fats, ultraprocessed foods, sugary drinks, fruits and vegetables.
