Patient with mild or moderate hyperlipidemia
Diabetic patient with risk of hyperlipidemia
HbA1C within 6.5-10.5%
Patient who are not hospitalized within last 6 months
Patient with chronic and uncontrolled hyperlipidemia/blood sugar (HbA1C > 10.5% )
If serum creatinine level > 2 mg/dl
If serum TG level > 500 mg/dl
If SGOT, SGPT is 2.5 times more than normal level
If ketone present in urine
Patient taking statin drugs
Patients have diabetic complecations like CKD, MI etc (clinical decision to be taken)
